A training workshop was organised on the 31st of August 2022, at the Assembly Hall for all staff of AMADA.
The facilitator Mr. Tandoh-Offin took the staff through the significance of fire safety in public buildings and evacuation procedures using fire extinguishers and contact emergency service. He went on to talk about the service protocols urging all staff to learn about the service delivery standards and protocols for interacting with the public and also developing communication skills for efficient service delivery and conflict resolution.
In conclusion Mr. Tandoh encouraged staff to assess personal financial readiness for retirement, exploring various investment vehicles for retirement savings and also understanding pension plans and other retirement benefits available to local government employees.
