A day Training Workshop was held for all staff of the Asene Manso Akroso District Assembly on Client Service Management, on Wednesday the 5th of June, 2024 at the Assembly’s Conference hall.
The training programme, trained staff in areas such as Enquiry, Complaints, Processing sequence, Grades in the Client Service Class, Reporting hierarchy and problem solving mechanism. The Facilitators Mr. Cyril D. Xatse (CHRMP) and MR. Alexander Gasu took staff through the training.
The Training Workshop was aimed at equipping and building the capacity of staff in Client Service delivery for timely response and satisfactory redress of public complaints and concerns. Participants of the Workshop were staff from all the Departments and Units in the Assembly.
