The Head of HR department organised a training workshop for all staff on the 1st of September 2022, at the Asene Manso Akroso District Assembly Hall. The facilitator Mr. Patrick Tandoh-Offin took the staff through
- Conditions of Service: He said the document outlines the terms and condition or employment for employees in the local government sector. it typically includes information on salaries, benefits, leave entitlements, promotion criteria, and disciplinary procedures. - Scheme of Service: He again said the document defines the various job positions within the local government structure, along with their respective roles, responsibilities, and requirements. It often includes information about job titles, grades, qualifications, and career progression paths.
- Organogram: He finally took the staff through the organogram which is also known as an organizational chart, the organogram represents the hierarchy and structure of the local government or district and it shows the different departments, divisions, and positions within the organization.
