The staff of Asene Manso Akroso District Assembly held a thanksgiving and carols service in the Assembly hall to thank God for his goodness and protections through out the year.
In a keynote address by the DCE Hon. Alex Kwabena Incoom, he was heart filled with gratitude and joy to all staff as they celebrate this special season and to bid farewell to another year. He went on to express his sincere appreciation to all staff members for their unwavering commitment, resilience, and dedication that has been the driving force behind the district’s progress and success. He said, throughout the challenges and triumphs of the past year, staff have shown remarkable professionalism and dedication to the district and the community, and for this, he is truly grateful.
He urged all staff to look forward to a new year, and set new goals, aspire to achieve greater heights, and continue to serve the district with dedication and enthusiasm.
In his closing remarks, he once again thanked all staff for their hard work and dedication and that they should continue to work together in the spirit of unity and service to make the district a better place for all.

The Head of HR department organised a training workshop for all staff on the 1st of September 2022, at the Asene Manso Akroso District Assembly Hall. The facilitator Mr. Patrick Tandoh-Offin took the staff through
- Conditions of Service: He said the document outlines the terms and condition or employment for employees in the local government sector. it typically includes information on salaries, benefits, leave entitlements, promotion criteria, and disciplinary procedures. The specifics will vary based on the local government’s policies and regulations
- Scheme of Service: He again said the document defines the various job positions within the local government structure, along with their respective roles, responsibilities, and requirements. It often includes information about job titles, grades, qualifications, and career progression paths.
- Organogram: He finally took the staff through the organogram which is also known as an organizational chart, the organogram represents the hierarchy and structure of the local government or district and it shows the different departments, divisions, and positions within the organization.
